bloody shoes, no louboutin

i was on the search for a red boot and i thought i was out of options until i discovered these babies. i tried on a pair of stuart weitzman boots, but my ankles were too small (the struggle!), so it was a no. i tried on a pair of kenneth cole, but the pointed toe of the boot really made my feet look long and awkward (unless they really are just long and awkward). however, when i tried these on, i instantly fell in love.

i first saw this boot in a metallic color, but my sister was horrified at them and told me to leave them where i found them. she`s rude. then, i looked over and saw a girl with the red boots in her hand. i had to have them. they are so comfortable! my only callout is the crinkling, ugh. i can`t stand it, but it`s fine because the boot is beautiful. the oxblood color is so much prettier in person. besides how chic they are, they only cost me $32 and some change!

i paired the boots with these culottes, which i`ve had for months. i was waiting for the right time to wear them, lol. i really like the contrasting of the stitching and the pleats give them so much life. they also have pockets, which is great because i hate having to place my cellphone + chapstick in my bag then search around for them when i need them.
